Blog II Spring 2020

             Upon completing my Associate's Degree, I am expecting many, many years of schooling. I aspire to become a psychiatrist, working and dealing with patients in a clinic. To become a licensed psychiatrist, I will first complete my Bachelor's Degree, which will prepare me for medical school. Medical school requires the passing of the Medical School Admission Test (MCAT), which is a standardized test, of which I will take practice test to ensure a satisfactory score. After finishing medical school and receiving my MD, I will then have to undergo a four-year residency program where I get gain real-life experience. I also must become licensed in the state of Florida, meaning that I will be required to take the U.S. Medical Licensing Examination, or USMLE.
