I bought an new Cuisinart Toaster Oven and Air Fryer but the device I received was refurbished, with noticeable scratches on the handle and worn nubs on the bottom.

Hello Amazon customer service worker,
I recently purchased the TOA-60 Convention Toaster, and I am hoping to do an exchange. I ordered a new toaster, but upon opening the box, there was scratches on the handle and worn nubs that led me to believe that I recieved a refurbished item by mistake. Can I expect a new toaster if I return the refurbished one? I believe it is fair that I receive a new one since I paid full price. I can ship the toaster back in the next few business days.
